  Terrible. I should have known when they kept canceling and/or changing my initial appointment. But because I was referred to Dr. Patel by another professional in the industry, I hung in there. The Edison office is a mess. Tons of people. Seemed more like contained rather than controlled chaos. Although, Dr. Patel was very nice and answered all my questions, I felt rushed and he seemed distracted. I met with a young lady named Karla who quoted me a price and told me to call her with any questions. I did call her the day after my appointment with a couple of questions and it is now 4 days later and she has not responded. His nurse, although very friendly, was supposed to call me to let me know if my procedure could be done at their surgi-center or if it would have to be done at the hospital. Again, 4 days later and no call. Thanks but not thanks. I'll continue to look for a doctor and office that are professional, timely and responsive. I'm not getting a hair cut or manicure. We're talking surgery!
